Industrial visit in HCL Technologies
The College of Engineering & Rural Technology (CERT Meerut) successfully organized an educational industrial visit to HCL Technologies Ltd., Noida, on 9th November 2024. The visit was designed to provide students with practical exposure to the corporate world and bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry practices. Students from B.Tech and MBA programs actively participated in this learning experience, gaining valuable insights into the operations of one of India's leading global technology companies.
During the industrial visit, students had the opportunity to explore HCL Technologies’ modern infrastructure, innovative work culture, and advanced technological ecosystem. They observed how large-scale IT projects are managed, understood software development processes, and learned about the role of technology in driving business transformation. The visit provided firsthand exposure to industry standards, workplace ethics, and professional practices that are essential for career growth in the technology and management sectors.
