On September 9, 2024, the College of Engineering and Rural Technology (CERT) in Meerut hosted a highly beneficial seminar on Resume Building, featuring Dr. Shalini Khandelwal as the keynote speaker.
This event aimed to provide students with essential
skills to create impactful resumes that stand out
in today’s competitive job market.
Dr. Khandelwal shared her expertise on the critical components of an effective resume, emphasizing the importance of tailoring content to specific job applications. The seminar covered various topics, including how to highlight key skills,
achievements, and experiences, as well as tips for formatting and
structuring resumes for maximum impact.
Students actively participated in the session, engaging in discussions and
asking questions that allowed them to gain personalized insights into their
